Title: Vcb & semileptonic form-factors

I will report on the most recent results  on the determination of the CKM parameter Vcb 
and semileptonic form factor for the B->D l nu transition. I will also introduce the 
theoretical context for the extraction of  Vcb from inclusive and exclusive analysis.  
I will comment on the apparent increasing discrepancy of some of the recent results.
