Accommodation

Accommodation will be at Keble College, one of the most splendid of the 36 Colleges of the University of Oxford, and the College closest to the Department of Physics. Most of the rooms will be ensuite single rooms. The entrance to the college is situated on Parks Road around the corner from Keble Road. It is aproximately 10-15 minutes walk from the Gloucester Green bus station, and 20 minutes walk from the railway station.

The cost of rooms will also include breakfast and lunch, but not dinner.

We strongly recommend all participants stay in Keble College, which is a comfortable and hospitable environment. The cost of this accommodation is included in the conference fee. However for those who wish, Oxford does have a range of hotels although they tend to be expensive; please visit http://www.dailyinfo.co.uk/accommodation/hotels.html . For those staying outside College, the conference fees would be reduced appropriately.

There are a limited number of double rooms provided in Keble (~20) for those who wish to bring partners. There are also a limited number of more basic non en-suite rooms for which the conference fee will be reduced by £100. Priority for these rooms will be given to students or others who might have financial need.
