Press Control-ALT-DEL all at the same time. A window pops up asking what you
what to do. Select Lock Workstation. This will prevent other users logging into
the machine whilst you are temporarily away. Use of this on

I accidently deleted a file. Can you get it back?
File servers are backed up to a robotic tape library every weekday night and
requests for restores can be made to IT
Support. Exchange mailboxes are backed up several times a day. Please
try not to delete / overwrite things as restoring files can be time consuming!
