Financial support for travel and accommodation is available for participants from eligible countries (see foot of page) and those with less than ten years of research experience under the European Union Sixth Framework Programme. If you wish to be considered for financial support then you must mention this in your registration email. A copy of your passport will be required as proof of nationality and a scan should be included with your registration email.

If you are claiming financial support on the basis of being an early career researcher you will need to provide a copy of your degree or Ph.D certificate when you register, as well as a copy of your resume or CV.

Following the workshop you must provide a declaration of the costs and complete a questionnaire. Travel can only be reimbursed from your home location to Oxford and must not include any unnecessary stop-overs or round trips.

The number of participants for the workshop will be limited to approximately 30.
