Accommodation

All participants who ask for accommodation when registering will be at the main site of Hertford College. The College is building 11 on this map.

Participants will need to collect their room key from the lodge of Hertford College on Catte Street upon arrival. A fee will be charged for lost keys.

On the first and the last day of the conference a room will be available in the Denys Wilkinson building for participants to store their luggage. All rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Parking

Conference Delegates should note that there are no parking facilities in the Physics department nor at Hertford college. Delegates coming by car are encouraged to use the Park and Ride on the outskirts of Oxford.

Internet Access

Wired internet access will be available in the rooms, if you wish to use it you must provide your MAC address when registering. Please bring your own cable if you wish to make use of this facility.

Alternate Accommodation

We strongly recommend all participants stay in Hertford College, which is a student accommodation. However for those who wish, Oxford does have a range of hotels although they tend to be expensive; please visit http://www.dailyinfo.co.uk/accommodation/hotels.html.
