Invitation Letters
If you require an invitation letter for the conference and/or summer school, for example to obtain a visa to enter the UK, please contact Vanessa Ferraro-Wood (vfw@astro.ox.ac.uk), our conference assistant, by email.
Please provide the following information:
- Full name and title
- Home and institution addresses
- Arrival and departure dates from the UK
- Details of intended accommodation while in the UK
- Details of funding source(s) supporting the stay in the UK
- Title of contribution at the conference
- Address or fax number where the invitation letter should be sent
