Payment
Payment of the conference registration fee, optional conference dinner, and block-booked/guaranteed accommodation at St Anne's College must be made through a separate website run by the University of Oxford Shop. Note that all participants must pay the registration fee, unless the organisers have specifically told you so (e.g. invited speakers, SOC/LOC members).
To pay, please follow the following link. You will be required to fill your shopping basket like a usual shopping website. You must select the registration fee, conference dinner and each night of accommodation separately. We apologize, but it is not possible to select a whole week of accommodation in one go. Be careful when selecting a room to select the right type. The cheaper standard rooms are single rooms with a washbassin. A full bathroom is shared with the occupants of a few other rooms. Ensuite rooms are single rooms with a private bathroom.
Unless you have registered already, you will be required to create an account with your details, billing address (the delivery address is meaningless for our purposes), and credit/debit card details. We do not accept any other form of payment.
