The PJCC has been remodelling the Lecture and Practical Feedback Forms, it is hoped the new questions, and greater range of answers, will prove to be more useful upon analysis in the department.

  • Prior to MT 2007 the old feedback forms on the PJCC site were in use. Sample form
  • At the end of MT 2007, the new forms had been designed, and we tested them by asking students to fill out paper copies of the proposed form for Practicals. This was non-compulsory (hence the comparatively low response rate). Sample form
  • At the end of HT 2008, the new forms were online under the Weblearn system and were used successfully; new questions such as the one concerning the pace of lectures proved useful. Sample form
  • Having established the new forms were sucessful, over the Long Vacation a new website was deisnged centrered around the new forms - but with a much improved interface that Weblearn was not able to provide. Students will now receive email confirmation of their feedback response.

Once everyone has submitted their feedback, the answers to the multiple choice aspects of the Feedback Forms are collated into a table, with the most frequently chosen answer highlighted in blue.

During the Review of Physics it was suggested that the results of the multiple choice aspect of the Feedback Forms be made available online.
