| Title: | Pairing of Fermions in Optical Lattices |
| Abstract: | We consider weakly interacting fermionic atoms in optical lattices. We show that the system can be described by the Hubbard model, and solve the BCS gap equations. Cooper-pairing is shown to take place for parameter values which are obtainable for alkali atoms in optical lattices. |
