About

I am interested in laser spectroscopy for studying charge-carrier dynamics, transport properties, and the impact of defects and heterogeneities in semiconductors. I am particularly interested in metal halide perovskites, a remarkable family of semiconductors with endless peculiarities and opportunities, with specially great promise for solar cell applications.

The main tools of my trade are bright lasers, short pulses, and small crystals. Mostly photoluminescence, transient absorption, and terahertz photoconductivity.

Research interests

Semiconductors, laser spectroscopy
