Pinning the cosmic web to massive halos
Clusters, i.e. halos above some mass cutoff, are often described as nodes of the cosmic web, but in many web definitions this correspondence is not automatic. Considering several different web variations, all constructed using the popular and publicly available web finder Disperse, clusters and nodes are matched to each other. Properties of the parts of the web picked out by the cluster population, of the cluster pairs assigned filaments based on matched nodes, and of the clusters which do not have node counterparts will be discussed, as well as how clusters can be used to compare different web finders more generally.
