I am a postdoctoral researcher in experimental particle physics, focusing on neutrino research within the DUNE collaboration.
I hold a BSc in Information Management and Information Systems, an interdisciplinary degree combining Business and Computer Science. My thesis focused on optimising machine learning algorithms, supporting my subsequent Physics PhD research.
During my PhD, I worked with the ATLAS collaboration at CERN, where I employed machine learning techniques to distinguish quarks from gluons. I was a lead contributor in collaborations involving international teams of 9 to 40 researchers. My contributions included developing, maintaining, and supporting two ATLAS frameworks, and conducting data-driven research in searches and performance analysis. I also performed searches for Physics beyond the Standard Model (i.e. Heavy Higgs, Quantum Black Holes, Strings), categorising events with deep neural networks.
Outside of physics, my passions extend to boxing, sailing and playing video games.
