EPSRC Fellowships
Eligibility: There are no nationality restrictions imposed by EPSRC; different level of experience after PhD;
Duration: up to 5 years.

University Research Fellowship
Funding Body: The Royal Society
Eligibility: early to mid-stage of their career
(3-8 years research experience since PhD)
Duration: up to a maximum of 10 years in exceptional cases;
Dorothy Hodgkin Fellowships
Funding Body: The Royal Society
Eligibility: early career (no more than 6 years research experience since PhD);
female applicants encouraged to apply and those who require a flexible working pattern);
Duration: up to a maximum of 5 years;
Newton Fellowships
Funding Body: the British Academy and the Royal Society
Eligibility: early stage researchers (no more than 2 postdoctoral positions) from all over the world;
Duration: 2 years
Leverhume Trust Fellowships
Eligibility: different levels of experience
