Abstract:
A number of astrophysical observations of the dark matter phenomenon also appear consistent with a modification to
Newton's laws of gravity for weak gravitational fields. I will discuss this idea, the construction of relativistic models that
include it as a limiting case, and the cosmological consequences of these models.
