Professor Stier elected president of Atmospheric Sciences division of EGU

Professor Philip Stier, Head of Atmospheric, Oceanic and Planetary Physics at Oxford, has been elected President of the Atmospheric Sciences division of the European Geosciences Union, the leading organisation for Earth, planetary and space science research in Europe. He will serve as deputy in 2022 and will begin his 2-year presidency in 2023.
