Dr Kathryn Boast, Physics Access Officer: schools.liaison@physics.ox.ac.uk

If you're considering studying physics at Oxford, but you're not quite sure about either physics or Oxford, then this event is for you! We're going to be showcasing some of our favourite bits of the subject through interactive workshops, and talking about what it's like to study here. There'll be a chance to put all your questions to a panel of current undergraduates too. Come and join us!

Registration & Eligibility

You need to register in advance for this event. The deadline for registration is 16:00 on Thursday 24th February.

The live event is open to UK students in Year 12 at state (non-fee-paying) schools, studying A levels (or equivalent) in Maths and Physics. However, anyone can register to receive the recording of the event. If the event becomes over-subscribed, we will prioritise students from schools with little or no history of applications to Oxford.

The registration form is available here: https://oxford.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/oxford-physics-online-taster-february

Please note that this event is identical to the Online Taster held on 27th November. In addition, some of the content of this event will be the same as the Y12 Materials and Physics Day (https://www.physics.ox.ac.uk/events/year-12-materials-physics-day). We recommend that you do not attend this event if you attended either of these previous events.
