I graduated with a PhD in solar-terrestrial physics from Aberystwyth University in 2009 and have since held a variety of research positions at many institutions both in the UK and internationally. My background and research interests cover solar and heliospheric phyiscs, the Earth's coupled thermosphere-ionosphere, radio propagation through space plasmas, planetary physics, and space weather.
I have used ground based instruments such as LOFAR and EISCAT to undertake radio scintillation observations of the Earth's ionosphere and the solar wind. I have also utilised data from space-based data sources such as the ESA Swarm mission, STEREO, Venus Express, and others.
Currently I am working on the Lunar Farside Transient & Technology Telescope (LFT3).
