I am a DPhil student within the Earth Observation Data Group funded as a Clarendon Scholar. My research interests are within atmospheric/climate science. I'm very interested in links between climate change and society, particularly within environmental justice and vulnerable communities.
I graduated from Harvard University with a joint concentration (major) in Earth and Planetary Sciences and Chemistry and Physics with a secondary (minor) in Astrophysics. I've had the opportunity to do research at Carbon Mapper, the Atmospheric Chemistry Modeling Group, the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, the Laboratoire de Météorologie Dynamique, the Harvard Paleomagnetics Lab, the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, and the Anderson Research Group.
I come from Mexico and the United States, having grown up along the US-Mexico border.
