My research focuses on molecular gas and its physical conditions in external galaxies throughout the cosmic sea. In particular, I use CO and high-density tracers, together with NIR and FUV data, to infer the physical conditions of star-forming gas and the structure and evolution of galaxies.
I am currently an Academic Visitor at the Sub-Department of Astrophysics as a Fellow of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TUBITAK) and a Faculty Member of Van Yuzuncu Yil University, Türkiye. I collaborate with Prof. Martin Bureau and the WISDOM team.

Lensing of space time around a black hole. At Oxford we study black holes observationally and theoretically on all size and time scales - it is some of our core work.
