Currently a postdoctoral research associate at the Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory in the University of Oxford. Joined in the research group of Prof. Edman Tsang after obtaining the Bachelor of Science degree in Fudan University in 2017. The research interests involve the synthesis, testing and characterisation of the novel solid-state materials for both fundamental and applied aspects of photocatalytic water splitting for renewable hydrogen evolution. The main objective is to develop highly efficient solar energy conversion systems to overcome the energy and environmental challenges that human beings are facing. In the Physics Department, I work in the group of Prof. Robert Taylor as a long-term visitor, and my research here mainly involves understanding the semiconductor photocatalysts by time-resolved photoluminescence techniques.
