I work on wide-field instrumentation projects for large telescopes that aim to push the boundaries of research in a range of diverse fields in astrophysics. Currently this work is focussed on WEAVE, and ELT-MOSAIC. With a background in observational cosmology, I have worked extensively in instrumentation projects since the mid-1990's including projects such as VISTA, FMOS, and the AAO's 2dF facility.
