My research focuses on improving the stability and performance of perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells through the use of A-site cation additives. It investigates how these additives can be incorporated into perovskite layers using a hybrid evaporation/solution deposition method compatible with textured silicon substrates. The project aims to understand how additive chemistry influences film quality, defect behaviour, and long-term device stability in industrially relevant architectures.
