I am a final-year DPhil (PhD) student working under the supervision of Prof. Suzanne Aigrain. My work centres on the detection and characterisation of exoplanets, most of the time, effectively a problem of identifying patterns in low signal-to-noise, correlated time-series data arising from complex dynamical physical systems. To address this, I employ statistical machine learning techniques, including stochastic time-series models. For details, please visit my website via the link above.

Lensing of space time around a black hole. At Oxford we study black holes observationally and theoretically on all size and time scales - it is some of our core work.
