We are an interdisciplinary group working at the intersection between quantum information, quantum technologies and biology.

Modern quantum technologies can now be used to create entanglement between individual quantum objects like atoms, photons and even quantum dots.

We are developing techniques and protocols needed to entangle macroscopic organisms and living systems and are reverse engineering bio-inspired structures in artificial solid-state and hybrid quantum optoelectronic materials.

One of our aims is to measure quantum phenomena in living biosystems through experiments and theoretical proofs.
