Note that certain information cannot be edited via the website as it is pulled from the Department of Physics database (name, email, job title – note that job title can be overridden but if incorrect, please contact HR). To edit name, telephone, address etc, go to the physics staff database:
- Title/honorific (preceding name): add required titles or honorifics to your name
- Title/honorific (succeeding name): add required titles or honorifics to your name
- Job title override: override job title if required (request database update via HR)
- Profile picture: upload an image if there isn’t one or if you want to change the one that is there. Images need to be a minimum 732 pixels by 732 pixels
- NB Privacy settings for images are automatically set to hidden (‘nobody’) for GDPR purposes; this means, by default, any image you upload will not be visible. To make it visible, go to Profile privacy/Profile picture visibility and change it to ‘public’ to ensure your image is visible on the website.
