I am a first year DPhil student in Atomic and Laser Physics working with Prof. Gregori. My research is focused on investigating foam-filled hohlraums as a solution to reduce the wall expansion during Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF) experiments.
I have graduated with an MSci degree in Physics from Imperial College London where I completed my masters project on creating plasma channels for Laser Wakefield Accelerators. My previous ICF experience includes working as an intern on X-ray diagnostics at the National Ignition Facility (NIF) in the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL).
