I am a theoretical physicist working on quantum many-body physics out of equilibrium. The centre of my research interests is the phenomenon of thermalisation and its violations. My activities span various different facets of this problem, including the theory of non-equilibrium universality, the development of computational techniques for real-time quantum many-body dynamics, the design of quantum simulations of complex dynamical phenomena.
I obtained my PhD in Statistical Physics at SISSA Trieste (Italy). I then moved to a postdoctoral position in the group of Professor Dmitry Abanin at the University of Geneva (Switzerland). I currently hold a Leverhulme-Peierls Fellowship at the RPC.
More information on my activities can be found in my CV.
