A little bit about me…

I am a Senior Research Scientist based within the Atmospheric, Oceanic and Planetary Physics sub-department of the Department of Physics, University of Oxford. I am also directly affiliated with the National Centre for Atmospheric Science (NCAS), which is a NERC research centre for atmospheric science, with major programmes in climate, weather, atmospheric chemistry, observations and atmospheric technology.

I co-lead the World Climate Research Programme's (WCRP) SPARC-QBOi activity; co-lead WP2 of the WCRP Explaining and Predicting Earth System Change Lighthouse Activity; and co-lead the North Atlantic large-scale atmospheric and oceanic circulation and weather systems theme, for the NERC Climate change in the Arctic – North Atlantic region and impacts on the UK (CANARI) Project.
