I'm working in the Ultracold Quantum Matter group, and also a Junior Research Fellow at Kellogg College.
I work on quantum gas experiments, with two main directions:
- Investigation of quantum non-equilibrium dynamics in reduced dimensions
- Quantum-enhanced sensing using matter-wave interferometry
See our recent work published in Science: Sunami et al., Universal scaling of the dynamic BKT transition in quenched 2D Bose gases
I am also working on an open-source software project graphix, a measurement-based quantum computation compiler equipped with a performant tensor-network simulator (simulates MBQC with 10k+ qubits) supported by Unitary Fund.
