Mudasir Yatoo is a Chartered Engineer with a background in quantum science, low-carbon energy, and technology commercialisation. He coordinates partnerships across 18 universities, 28 industry partners, and government bodies as part of the QCi3 Hub engagement team at the University of Oxford.
He holds a PhD in fuel cells from Imperial. Previously, he has consulted for Toyota, Ceres Power, BAE Systems, and NEOM, advising on low-carbon energy and deep-tech innovation strategies.
He has also contributed to UK government policy discussions and worked with the FCDO at COP28 in Dubai, where he spoke and moderated panel discussions on climate change education and technology transfer.
