Research Interests

My research focus is studying novel materials developed for optoelectronic devices, especially organic-inorganic metal halide perovskites for light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as light emitters and solar cells as photo active layers, respectively. We intend to achieve high performance perovskite optoelectronic devices with much improved operational stability and explore thermal deposition techniques for scaling devices fabrication.

Research interests

Perovskite Light-emitting Diodes (PeLEDs)
Metal Oxide Nanoparticles
Vacuum deposition of perovskite films
Perovskite Solar Cells
Thin film Deposition Control
Materials Synthsis
