Dr Hardman completed his undergraduate degree in 2015 (Master of Physics, Christ Church, University of Oxford), and went on to complete his doctorate in 2019 (Theoretical Physics, Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford). Dr Hardman's research main interest is the electron response in magnetised plasmas, and the consequent varied phenomena that span a wide range of space and time scales. His current research on multiscale plasma turbulence is funded by EPSRC via TDoTP. Dr Hardman is the current lecturer of the MMathPhys Collisionless Plasma Physics course.
