I aim to connect well-motivated theories of physics beyond the Standard Model to experimental searches and observational data.
In recent years, I have focused on the QCD axion; this is perhaps the most robust solution to the strong CP problem and is the target of a rapidly growing experimental programme that requires theory input. I am also interested in predicting the signals of other plausible beyond Standard Model candidates through gravitational wave signals, in their cosmological and astrophysical effects, and at particle colliders.
