I am a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in the Novel Semiconductor Synthesis and Characterisation Group. My research focuses on understanding the crystallisation dynamics of novel semiconductor thin films, fabricated via both vapour-phase deposition and solution processing. By integrating advanced characterisation techniques, I aim to establish a mechanistic link between crystallisation control and macroscale material properties, device performance, and long-term stability.
