I am a theoretical physicist thinking about quantum many-body systems, based within the "Theory of Quantum Systems" group run by Andrew Daley. Broadly speaking, I am interested in the collective phenomena that can emerge out of the interactions of systems with many degrees of freedom. My research has particularly focused on characterizing nonequilibrium phases of matter, and understanding the dynamics of many-body systems using tools from quantum information.
Before starting this role in Oxford, I was a postdoc at King's College London, working with Curt von Keyserlingk. I got my PhD from University College London, supervised by Arijeet Pal, where I was a member of UCL's Centre for Doctoral Training in "Delivering Quantum Technologies". Prior to that I completed my bachelors degree in Physics and my masters degree in Mathematical and Theoretical Physics at the University of Oxford, where I was a member of Trinity College.
