First run II measurement of the W boson mass at the Fermilab Tevatron
Physical Review D - Particles, Fields, Gravitation and Cosmology 77:11 (2008)
Abstract:
We describe a measurement of the W boson mass mW using 200pb-1 of s=1.96TeV pp̄ collision data taken with the CDF II detector. With a sample of 63964 W→eν candidates and 51128 W→μν candidates, we measure mW=[80.413±0.034(stat)±0.034(sys)=80.413±0.048]GeV/c2. This is the single most precise mW measurement to date. When combined with other measured electroweak parameters, this result further constrains the properties of new unobserved particles coupling to W and Z bosons. © 2008 The American Physical Society.Inclusive K0SK0S resonance production in ep collisions at HERA

Energy dependence of the charged multiplicity in deep inelastic scattering at HERA
Journal of High Energy Physics 2008:6 (2008)
Abstract:
The charged multiplicity distributions and the mean charged multiplicity have been investigated in inclusive neutral current deep inelastic ep scattering with the ZEUS detector at HERA, using an integrated luminosity of 38.6 pb-1. The measurements were performed in the current region of the Breit frame, as well as in the current fragmentation region of the hadronic centre-of-mass frame. The KNO-scaling properties of the data were investigated and the energy dependence was studied using different energy scales. The data are compared to results obtained in e+e- collisions and to previous DIS measurements as well as to leading-logarithm parton-shower Monte Carlo predictions. © SISSA 2007.First measurement of the W boson mass with CDF in run II
